In a move toward greater expansion within the high performance cutting tool industry, Monaghan Tooling Group (MTG) has separated functions of sales, marketing and support of Elliott Tool Technologies’ Precision Metal Finishing product line, moving those functions back to its production partner Elliott Tool Technologies, where they will be managed in-house by the manufacturer.
For many years, we’ve worked together with Elliott to provide exceptional service and support to our combined customers. We’re thankful for the opportunities we had to serve you together, and confident that moving forward, Elliott will continue to provide the quality engineering and manufacturing customers have come to expect, along with now also providing the sales, application and customer support, previously provided by Monaghan.
The transition will take place January 1, 2024, when all support for Elliott will transition to Elliott. This includes sales and service support for all metal finishing, burnishing, recessing and mechanical joining tools previously sold by Monaghan.
The transition should be smooth and seamless, but should customers have any questions, Monaghan representatives will be available to make sure everything moves over seamlessly.
